Welcome to Amercei.studio® — a creative agency and production company offering brand development, digital strategy, and content creation services.By accessing or purchasing through this website, you agree to the following terms:
1. Scope of Work
Amercei.studio® provides digital creative services, strategy packages, and branded content systems as outlined on each product or service page.All work is performed remotely and delivered electronically unless otherwise specified in writing.
2. Payments & Billing
All payments are processed securely through approved platforms such as Paddle or Stripe. Project work and digital deliverables commence only once payment has been received in full or per the agreed payment schedule.
3. Delivery
Upon purchase, you will receive confirmation and access to your deliverables or onboarding materials through Notion, email, or secure cloud delivery. For custom projects, timelines and deliverables are confirmed before commencement.
4. Intellectual Property
All creative concepts, frameworks, systems, strategies, and assets produced by Amercei.studio® remain the intellectual property of Amercei.studio®, unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, perpetual commercial usage license for the final deliverables upon full payment, allowing use for marketing, promotion, and internal brand purposes.
This license does not include:
• Reselling, redistributing, or reproducing Amercei.studio® materials or frameworks.
• Modifying or repackaging any proprietary templates, systems, or creative assets.
All underlying intellectual property — including design frameworks, strategy methodologies, and creative processes — remains the sole property of Amercei.studio®.
Amercei.studio® retains the right to showcase completed work for portfolio, promotional, or educational purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Confidentiality
Due to the nature of digital and creative services, Amercei.studio® does not offer refunds or cancellations once payment has been made.
All purchases are final.
In the case of unforeseen circumstances or scheduling changes, deliverables may be rescheduled or reallocated at the studio’s discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
Amercei.studio® is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, deliverables, or digital materials.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be handled within this jurisdiction.
9. Engagement Term & Notice
Creative Management and Executive Management Partnerships operate on a minimum six (6) month engagement term, beginning from the confirmed project start date. After the initial term, the agreement automatically continues on a month-to-month basis unless renewed or terminated by either party.Termination requests must be made in writing with no less than thirty (30) days’ notice prior to the intended end date. Early termination prior to completing the minimum term requires payment of the remaining contracted balance unless otherwise agreed in writing.
REFUND POLICY
At Amercei.studio®, every purchase represents a digital or creative service that begins immediately upon payment. Because our work involves customized systems, strategy frameworks, and digital deliverables, all sales are final and non-refundable.
1. No Refunds
Once a payment has been processed, refunds will not be issued for:
• Brand or strategy kits
• Digital templates, creative frameworks, or content packages
• Consulting sessions, retainers, or creative management services
• Photography or video production services
All purchases are final unless otherwise required by law.
2. Adjustments & Project Credits
If unforeseen scheduling or scope issues arise, Amercei.studio® may, at its discretion, offer:
• Rescheduling of services, orCredit toward future projects.
• Credits or adjustments do not constitute a refund and are granted only under special circumstances.
3. Processing Errors
Refunds are only considered in the event of duplicate transactions or payment errors.
Such requests must be submitted in writing to info@amercei.com within 7 days of the transaction.
